I'm the Head Nutrition Coach of ByDesign, Hormone Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and former Gym Owner for 12 years.

I've helped 100's of people reach their goals. Now, as an actress, I navigate the balance between fitness and performance, understanding the complexities of body image in two industries with often conflicting ideals. My focus is on helping you find balance and a healthy relationship between who you are now and who you want to become. 

I competed at the CrossFit Games in 2015 and CrossFit Pacific Regionals (2014,2015,2016,2017), as well as competing in National Olympic Weightlifting and numerous Marathons and Half-Marathons.

I've been in the fitness industry since 2008, owning multiple gyms and corporate wellness businesses. As a qualified Counsellor and Mental Performance Coach, I help CEOs, business owners, athletes, creatives, and anyone committed to personal growth optimise their mindset and break their own self-limiting beliefs through evidence based methods.

I’ve represented either my country or state in Olympic weightlifting, Squash, and Touch Football. More recently Ive tackled some of the hardest Ultramarathons in the world such as the Marathon des Sables (252 km across the Sahara Desert) and UTMB (176 km around Mont Blanc).
